Our client is a leading fertility clinic located in the heart of the Harley Street district, dedicated to providing compassionate, expert care to patients on their journey to parenthood.

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Medical Secretary to join our team. This is a vital role supporting our clinical staff and ensuring the smooth running of our practice. You will be the first point of contact for many of our patients, providing professional, empathetic communication during what can be a sensitive and emotional time.

• Managing patient appointments and clinic schedules
• Handling patient enquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Preparing and maintaining accurate patient records and correspondence
• Liaising with consultants, nurses, and laboratory staff
• Processing referrals and coordinating treatment cycles
• Managing medical reports, test results, and clinic documentation
• Supporting administrative processes specific to fertility treatment pathways
• Ensuring compliance with confidentiality and data protection requirements

• Previous experience working in a fertility clinic or reproductive medicine setting
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in medical terminology, particularly relating to fertility treatments
• Competent IT skills, including experience with medical software systems
• Compassionate and professional approach to patient care
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

• Understanding of fertility treatment protocols and cycles
• Experience with patient management systems
• Audio typing skills
• Knowledge of medical insurance processes
