Position: Quality & Complaints Specialist – FCA A&H Travel
Location: Greater London

A global security and health service provider based in London is seeking a Quality and Complaints Specialist to manage and resolve complaints related to Accident & Health Business Travel services. The role requires strong knowledge of insurance services, FCA regulations, and excellent communication skills. Candidates should have 2–3 years of complaints management experience and an analytical mindset, capable of monitoring service quality and conducting thorough investigations to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
