Observational Research Manager

R&D Partners is seeking an Observational Research Manager to support biometrics efforts within the biotechnology industry. This role focuses on epidemiological study design, execution, and analysis, requiring expertise in real‑world data (RWD) and statistical methods.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

• Develop and execute epidemiological studies.
• Write Statistical Analysis Plans.
• Create medical code lists.
• Explore large datasets and interpret study results.
• Promote understanding and application of RWD and epidemiologic methods.

• Proficiency in SaS, R, or Python.
• Experience with CPRD, HES, or UK Biobank.
• Background in designing, executing, and analyzing epidemiology studies within pharmaceutical or public health settings.
• Strong project planning and management skills in epidemiology.
• PhD in Epidemiology, Statistics, Genetic Epidemiology, or a related field with high quantitative content.
