We are a busy private GP practice looking for a full time medical receptionist (37.5 hours per week) with immediate availability
, for a period of 12 months, with the potential to be extended.
This role requires varied hours Monday - Saturday
.
This is a fast-paced GP practice environment, and we are looking for someone who is pro‑active, excellent at multi‑tasking, efficient, can think outside the box and show initiative. Flexibility is also key.
Medical Receptionist• South West London, London, UK
- Dealing with patients coming into the Practice for appointments with doctors.
- Booking and rescheduling appointments with patients face to face and via telephone.
- Registration of new patients.
- Taking accurate and relevant telephone messages.
- Receiving and giving prescriptions from and to patients always checking their name and address and ensuring prescriptions are circulated to available doctor.
