Why Moorhouse?

We are a dynamic consulting firm, focused on delivering sustainable change. We make sure our clients succeed in their long‑term goals by helping them turn their strategy into action through exceptional delivery and establishing a culture of change. We are a transformation consultancy, meaning we work with clients on projects to deliver change and improvement, such as in the way they operate, the services they provide or how they manage their people.

We get out of the theory and into the detail working directly in client teams to deliver real impact. Our people are our greatest assets and are core to why our clients consistently work with us – our clients like verstanden who we are and how we work.

We pride ourselves in being proactive, collaborative and straightforward team players, with focus on being successful together.

We move fast as a team, and honesty and эксплуатации are key to this. You will be part of a supportive and high‑performing team that looks after each other, has fun and celebrates success together.

You can be assured of exciting opportunities on varied projects that will stretch you and equip you with skills, experience and knowledge to help organisations respond to turbulence and improve.

Healthcare at Moorhouse

Our Health & Care sector is a critical part of our business and plays a major role in designing and delivering transformation for the NHS. It is an exciting place to work – we are constantly pushing our own boundaries in terms of the capabilities of our team, the nature of the projects we deliver, and the impact we have for our clients.

We work with organisations across the UK health system – including national regulators, integrated care systems and providers, helping them solve their most critical challenges. This includes responding to disruptive trends; implementing innovative models of care; delivering transformation programmes; improving operational performance; and defining operating models and supporting organisational design.

Our Health & Care expertise spans the system from national strategy development to delivery of trust‑wide improvements in provider settings. Our core areas of focus (listed below) are aligned to the major changes the NHS is seeking to deliver as part of its 10 Year Plan and are therefore growing already and expected to grow rapidly in the coming years:

  • Health System Strategy and Design: Commissioning and system strategy and design, helping ICSS and national bodies redesign care pathways, allocate resources effectively, and drive system‑wide transformation.
  • Health Service Optimisation: Operational, performance and financial improvement across acute, community and primary care settings.
  • Digital, Data and AI transformation: to support improved decision‑making, productivity and performance improvement across care systems.

We have long‑standing partnerships with many of the largest NHS organisations and work on projects large and small – from large system wide change to targeted improvement programmes. Together, weుల enable health and care organisations to maximise value, enhance system resilience, and achieve the best outcomes for patients and populations.

Through this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Deliver high‑impact, meaningful change – take ownership of delivering innovative and strategically important programmes that directly improve patient outcomes, enhance operational performance, and create measurable impact across NHS organisations.
  • Have true autonomy and empowerment – shape your role on projects, contribute to sector growth, and be trusted to lead work your way, supported by senior sponsorship rather than rigid hierarchies.
