Senior Care Team Leader (Night Shift) Residential Home Harrow, London Rate: £14.95 per hour

Shift: Night shifts About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Care Team Leader to join nursing home team conveniently located near Harrow . This is a night shift position, ideal for a confident care professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities Leading and supervising the care team during night shifts Administering medication safely and in line with company policies Completing and updating care plans and risk assessments Ensuring residents safety, dignity, and wellbeing at all times Supporting residents with personal care and daily needs Acting as the main point of contact during the night shift Maintaining accurate documentation and handovers Ensuring compliance with CQC standards and internal procedures Requirements NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards) Minimum 2 years experience in a residential or nursing home setting Previous experience in a Senior Carer or Team Leader role Medication administration competency Strong understanding of care plans and risk assessments Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work independently and manage night shift responsibilities
