Join us as a Clinical Services Matron in our Contact Centre

Location:

Hybrid (Rotherham & Remote)

Contract Type:
Permanent

Hours:

Full time, 37.5 hours per week with core hours between 7am – 6pm

Salary: £46,434.55 - £51,078.01 (depending on experience and skills)

Are you a compassionate and engaging clinical leader ready to make a real difference in reproductive healthcare? MSI Reproductive Choices UK is seeking a Clinical Services Matron to lead our Clinical Hub within the Contact Centre. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient, safe, and client-centred support for individuals seeking reproductive health services.

Lead and inspire a team of Clinical Practitioners, ensuring the highest standards of care and client experience.
Drive continuous improvement, championing excellence in clinical practice and service delivery.
Collaborate closely with senior leaders and stakeholders to align clinical priorities with organisational goals.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (CQC, DOH, RSOP) and deliver on key performance indicators.
Foster a culture of inclusivity, learning, and innovation within a supportive, hybrid working environment.

About You:

Registered Nurse or Midwife with experience managing clinical teams.
Proven track record of patient/client-centred leadership and delivering results.
Skilled in developing people, driving performance, and leading change.
Passionate about service improvement, equality, and safeguarding.
Excellent communicator, able to build trust and inspire colleagues.
