Registered Manager

Position: Registered Manager -
Make a Difference Every Day Beechwood is a part of the respected Valorum Care Group, is seeking a dedicated Registered Manager that Beechwood is a grand Victorian villa set in the heart of Edgerton close to local parks and on the edge of the Peak District National Park. With 25 rooms, a well-maintained private garden and with the building retaining many of its original features, the people we support enjoy the warm and stimulating environment we have created.

With individual care at the heart of everything we do, we ensure that everyone has an input into their care plan and also the types of activities they enjoy so that everyone we support can live their fullest life possible. At Beechwood we support adults with physical and neurological conditions including:
Muscular dystrophy Spina bifida Huntington’s disease Stroke Brain injury Cerebral palsy Learning disability Korsakoff’s syndrome What You’ll be Doing Leadership:
Lead, motivate and develop a dedicated care team. Oversee the day-to-day operations Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure the home meets the Government and CQC- equivalent standards. Financial Management:
Manage budgets and resources to contribute to the home’s financial sustainability. Create strong relationships with residents, families and care professionals Promote a warm, positive and inclusive environment What You’ll Need Must hold the required qualifications (Registered Nurse with active PIN – RLND/RGN.RNMH), competence, skills, and experience to manage the regulated activity At least 2 years’ experience as a Registered Manager in a care or nursing home.

Strong Knowledge and confidence in CQC regulations, Safeguarding and quality standards. Excellent leadership, organisation and communication skills.
