Full Time (37.5 hours per week) We are looking for a Care Manager who wants to make a real difference and work for a True Care Company who cares for vulnerable clients and supports its care teams. We are looking for outstanding individuals who have been carers, and are in a management position ideally (but not limited to) qualified to QCF/NVQ Level 5 in Leadership Management.
This opportunity will see you lead and support our professional Care Support Teams, who have kind hearts, looking after vulnerable adults, with complex healthcare issues, however we celebrate our wins together (small or large), as an (IIP) Investors In People company. WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

Handling of the Recruitment Handling of the Rota Handling Disciplinaries WHAT WE REQUIRE: A minimum of 3 years experience working with adults with complex healthcare issues A minimum 2 years experience within a care management role Ideally Qualified QCF/NVQ level 5 in leadership management Car driver, with a current full UK driving licence. Potential one week in a month supporting on-call telephones Flexibility to actively listen to Clients and staff alike Working in HQ based in Birmingham Perry Barr, and maybe from time to time visiting units (bungalows and houses) located in and around Birmingham.
