Band 6 Advanced Clinical, Paediatric Cardiac Physiologist

Shift Pattern and Contract

37 hrs per week – fixed term 15 months. Shift pattern Monday‑Friday, 08:30‑18:30 (Tuesday off). Contract is fixed term for 15 months to cover maternity leave. Secondments must be agreed with current line manager prior to application.

Qualifications
  • Degree in Cardiac Physiology or an equivalent qualification with relevant post‑qualification experience.
  • PVG Scheme Membership/Disclosure Scotland Check.
Additional Information
  • As from 1 April 2026, the Agenda for Change full‑time working week will be reducing from 37 to 36 hours per week. Part time hours will be reduced pro‑rata; a corresponding increase in the hourly rate will offset the change.
