Specialist MSK Physiotherapist

About this role

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated physiotherapist to join our expanding service. You will support an innovative team with excellent clinical and team leadership skills that deliver high‑quality, patient‑centred care and support service leads to deliver department objectives and service developments. The post rotates between primary and secondary care.

• Work as part of a large MSK department that includes band 5, 6, 7, advanced practice and consultant physiotherapists working across primary and secondary care.
• Provide specialist musculoskeletal physiotherapy treatment to outpatients as part of the overall therapy provision.
• Manage your own caseload – conduct thorough clinical assessment, plan treatment and provide appropriate discharge from the service, adapting practice to suit each patient’s needs.
• Provide clinical supervision and appraisal to junior staff, therapy assistants and students.
• Contribute to the well‑established in‑service training programme and encourage postgraduate courses for all members of the MSK team.
• Collaborate with the internationally renowned QMUL Sports Medicine Department on research and service developments.
