Male Support Worker

37.5-40 hours per week

£12.31 an hour in Silvertown, Newham

shifts between 7.30am and 10pm

Must be flexible to work both shifts & weekends

Experience with complex behavioural needs

Experience with complex behavioural needs. The people we support in service can display very complex behaviours which is why we are looking for people that have worked in this environment before.

Service

Prince Regent House is a bespoke residential service set in the heart of Newham, providing proactive support for up to 9 adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder who have stepped down from secure settings. Due to this complex behaviours will be displayed physically and verbally.

Support Worker duties
  • Supporting people with very complex behavioural needs
  • Providing the best support possible in a challenging environment
  • Working to person centred/behavioural support plans
  • Maintaining records and drawing up risk assessments
  • Providing personal care where needed
  • Supporting people in undertaking daily activities or development
