This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech and Language Therapist located in a SEN school in the South West London Area, United Kingdom. Responsibilities include assessing and diagnosing speech, language, and communication needs (SLCN) in individuals. The Therapist will design, implement, and monitor personalized therapy plans, support individuals with communication disorders or language delays, and provide guidance to teachers and parents to facilitate language development.

The role requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes.

• Proficiency in Speech Therapy and Speech-related interventions
• Knowledge and experience in diagnosing and managing Dysphagia
• Strong understanding of Communication Disorders and methods of treatment
• Expertise in addressing Language Disorders in children and young adults
• Relevant certifications or licensing in Speech and Language Therapy (HCPC registration or equivalent)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with students, educators, and families
• Ability to design and implement individualized therapy plans effectively
• Previous experience working in schools or educational settings is desirable
