A boutique medical practice dedicated to serving a discerning global community of international and local patients, Osler Health delivers exceptional, personalised care with discretion and professionalism. From the first hello to the final farewell, every patient interaction matters — and our Patient Service Executives play a vital role in creating that experience.

We are looking for a polished, experienced professional to be the welcoming face and capable hands at the heart of our clinic. You will ensure a seamless patient journeywhile supporting our doctors and nurses in delivering outstanding care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome patients and visitors, creating a warm and professional first impression
  • Manage appointment bookings, follow-ups, and confirmations with accuracy and care
  • Coordinate patient referrals to specialists and allied health providers
  • Answer phone calls, respond to messages, and handle patient enquiries with empathy and efficiency
  • Monitor and respond to clinic emails promptly
  • Register new patients, update medical records, and verify insurance information
  • Process payments, co-pays, and relevant fees discreetly and accurately
  • Support daily clinic operations with a variety of administrative tasks
About You
  • At least 3–5 yearsof experience in a receptionist, front-of-house, or customer service role — ideally within a medical, luxury hospitality, or high-touch service environment
  • Exceptional communication skills with a professional, polished manner and the ability to interact confidently with a diverse, discerning clientele
  • Demonstrated discretion, integrity, and the ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality
  • Proficient in electronic medical record systems and comfortable with digital communication tools
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment
  • A collaborative team player who takes pride in delivering an exceptional patient experience

Education

  • Diploma or higher qualification in business administration, healthcare administration, hospitality, or related field preferred
  • Equivalent experience in a high-touch service environment will also be considered
