What you will do:

Deliver high-quality mental health nursing care to individuals in community settings

Carry out comprehensive mental health assessments and develop personalised care plans

Administer and monitor medications and therapeutic interventions

Provide education and support to service users and families around treatment and recovery

Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care delivery

Deliver crisis intervention and ongoing risk management
