Band 6 Physiotherapist within Community in Tower Hamlets, UK, earning up to £31 per hour. This is an exciting and Ongoing locum opportunity for an experienced physiotherapist to join a dynamic Multi-Disciplinary Team in a community setting. • Conduct advanced assessment and treatment of patients from diverse community settings, emphasising frailty, falls prevention, and intermediate care.
• Provide both individual and group education and therapeutic interventions to support self-management of long-term conditions.
• Assist with the provision and fitting of assistive devices and equipment, ensuring each patient’s safety and independence.
• Liaise effectively with other services and agencies to ensure a holistic approach to patient care and treatment.
• Contribute to the development of integrated health care teams, focusing on admission avoidance and rapid response initiatives.

• Hold a Degree or equivalent qualification in Physiotherapy.
• Possess recent UK experience within the specialised field of physiotherapy.
• Be registered with the HCPC as a physiotherapist eligible to work in the UK.
• While NHS experience is beneficial, it is not strictly necessary.
