We are looking for a dynamic and experienced team member to provide administrative support to our Primary Care Network (PCN 7&8) Teams in theEast of Tower Hamlets.
You will be employed by the Poplar & Limehouse Health and Wellbeing Network. We are apartnership of local general practices, community care teams, and localthird-sector providers.
Main duties of the jobYou will support the professional operation of both PCNs through various clerical, organisational and communication tasks
You will need to be both effective and efficient to be ableto undertake and prioritise a variety of administrative duties
You will occupy a position of responsibility and trust, as youhave access to sensitive information. You should have excellent organisationalskills and the ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative
- Support maximal achievement of Key Performance Areas (KPAs) as identified by both PCNs
- Ensure accurate and up to date data entry and reporting
- Liaise with team members, practices and individuals over meeting management, agendasetting, scheduling and follow up actions
- Providinglogistical support for the office
- Undertakeadditional duties where appropriate as requested by Line Manager
- Undertakeongoing personal development through participation in appraisal and supervision
- Be prepared to be flexible, and work at other sites
