The position requires you to have a valid driver’s licence.
Based in the outskirts of London, Harrow is surrounded by beautiful parks and greenery. Buses and parking are available, making commuting convenient.

Key responsibilities- Provide nursing care and improve patient wellbeing.
- Empower patients and promote recovery through evidence‑based interventions.
- Participate in an integrated HTT multidisciplinary team and create individually tailored care packages for adults of working age and their families.
- Engage in coaching and development sessions, including motivational training, physical health training, CBT, ECG and venepuncture training.
- Shadow senior staff during the first two weeks to familiarize yourself with all service areas.
- Latest technology such as electronic prescribing to reduce administrative time.
- Ongoing professional development with coaching and in‑house sessions.
- An energetic, supportive team with regular team outings, away days and local events.
- Efficient recruitment process and flexible shift working 7 days a week, with no nights.

Person specification Education and qualifications- RMN/Diploma/Degree
- Evidence of continued professional development
- RMN / OT / Social Work – Professional Registration
- Previous experience as a Band 6 clinician in an acute or community setting.
- Effective communication skills, both verbally and in written reports.
- Ability to assess complex risk and produce care plans.
- Leadership and caseload management skills.
- Complex decision‑making and prioritisation abilities.
- Supervision of junior staff and students.
- Teaching, assessing and reflective practice.
- Managing stress in emotionally charged situations.
- Audit and research experience.
- Expertise in specific clinical skills.
- Line management and HR skills training (recruitment, absence management).
- Respectful, compassionate care for patients, families and staff.
- Collaborative work with service users and other professionals.
