What you will do:

Lead and manage the MASH Team, ensuring effective delivery of services for families and children.
Coordinate and oversee the smooth operation of daily activities within the team.
Ensure timely responses to referrals, aligning with Pan London’s threshold matrix.
Collaborate with various agencies to streamline early help and child protection services.
Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements to meet targets.
Facilitate training and development opportunities for staff.
Promote best practices and ensure compliance with current legislation and policies.
