The Pharmacy team at Pulse is seeking a dedicated and experienced Band 6 or 7 Specialist Cardiovascular Pharmacist to join our team. This position provides a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to significantly contribute to our pharmacy services.

• Medicines Reconciliation :
  Ensure accurate and complete medication histories for patients.
• Ordering & Clinical Review of Medicines :
  Manage and review medication orders to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Facilitating Discharge :
  Screen, dispense, check, and counsel patients on their medications to ensure a smooth discharge process.
• Participation on Ward Rounds :
  Collaborate with the healthcare team during ward rounds to provide expert pharmaceutical advice.

• Up to date GPhC registration.
• Relevant Pharmacy qualification.
• Hospital experience as a pharmacist.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
