Hours of Work: 37.5hrs - Shift pattern:
Monday - Saturday (8am-8pm)

Join our outstanding Outpatients Department within the state-of-the-art Kantor Medical Centre, a modern clinical hub designed to deliver seamless, high-quality patient journeys. Here, we provide exceptional, personalised care across a diverse range of specialist clinics, minor procedures and diagnostic services, supporting both self-pay and insured patients in a discreet, welcoming environment.

As our new Outpatient Sister, you’ll be a key leader within this dynamic and fast‑paced setting. You’ll bring clinical expertise, confidence and compassion, acting as a visible role model for nursing teams and ensuring every patient receives safe, evidence‑based and truly patient‑centred care. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated nurse who is passionate about delivering excellence, driving high standards of practice and contributing to the continued growth and innovation of our department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support senior nurse team across allocated outpatient areas
  • Ensure safe, effective and compassionate care
  • Oversee smooth clinic operations with consultants and wider MDT
  • Uphold clinical governance standards, including CQC and NMC compliance
  • Support staff development, appraisals, training and wellbeing
  • Contribute to quality improvement, audits and service development initiatives

Key Skills / Qualifications
  • Registered Nurse (NMC) with minimum 2 years’ post‑registration experience
  • Experience in outpatients setting (Essential)
  • Experience with Urology/Gynaecology or Dermatology (Desirable)
  • Proven team leadership or supervisory experience
  • Strong clinical decision‑making, problem‑solving and communication skills
  • Commitment to professional development and inclusive leadership
