Salary: £42,939 – £50,697 per annum (Grade Band

An exciting opportunity for a forward‑thinking physiotherapist to join a dynamic team of musculoskeletal physiotherapists at Barnet and Chase Farm Hospitals. The role involves high‑quality patient care, collaborative work with Orthopaedic, Pain and Rheumatology departments, and participation in quality improvement projects.
Responsibilities- Deliver physiotherapy care to musculoskeletal patients.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to clinical practice group projects.
- Participate in audit and service development activities.
- Provide teaching and supervision to junior staff, students and trainees.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reflect on practice.
- Essential:
Degree or Graduate Diploma in Physiotherapy; HCPC registration; commitment to advanced professional development. - Desirable:
Membership of special interest groups; evidence of postgraduate coursework.
- Essential:
Post‑registration experience in MSK services; team working ability; audit/service development involvement; reflective practice. - Desirable:
Experience at Band 6 level; rotational posts; supervision of junior staff/TSWs/Students.
- Essential:
Ability to work autonomously under pressure; specialist clinical skills; accurate documentation; sound reasoning; effective communication; teaching and supervision skills. - Desirable:
Competent IT skills.
- Demonstrate knowledge of current physiotherapy in MSK area, evidence‑based practice, legal responsibilities, clinical governance and service implications.
- Excellent time‑management and organisational skills.
- Demonstrate ability to meet the Trust Values.
- Monday:
Barnet Hospital 07:30 – 16:30 (8.5 hours) - Tuesday:
Barnet Hospital 07:30 – 17:00 (9 hours) - Wednesday:
Barnet Hospital 07:30 – 18:00 (10 hours) - Thursday:
Barnet Hospital 07:30 – 18:00 (10 hours) - Friday:
Chase Farm Hospital 07:30 – 18:00 (10 hours)
