Care Assistant – 4 Day Working Week (Full-time or Part-time)
Location: Watford & surrounding areas
Pay: £13.50 per hour weekdays (rising to £14.50 from April) £15.00 per hour evenings & weekends (rising to £16.50 from April)
Mileage: 45p per mile
Requirements: Full UK Driving Licence & access to your own car
Contracts: Guaranteed Hours or Zero Hours
Start Date: Immediate starts available (subject to onboarding)

Your Role as a Domiciliary Care ProfessionalYou’ll support clients across Watford to remain independent in their own homes.
Your visits may include:
- Personal care delivered with dignity and respect
- Medication reminders and wellbeing checks
- Meal preparation and nutritional support
- Light household tasks
- Companionship and emotional reassurance
- Supporting appointments and outings
- Being a consistent, trusted presence
You don’t need previous care experience — we provide full training.
