Location: Greater London

We are seeking an experienced Territory Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of neurovascular intervention products across the South of the UK
. This is an exciting opportunity for a medical device sales professional to work in a fast-evolving therapy area, supporting NHS hospitals and clinicians while driving commercial growth.

Role Overview

As the primary sales contact within your territory, you will implement strategic sales plans, build strong customer relationships, and increase market share for neurovascular products. You will collaborate closely with clinical teams to effectively communicate product value, provide educational support, and deliver solutions that improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a defined territory to drive sales of neurovascular medical devices
  • Develop deep product and clinical knowledge to support customer interactions
  • Build and maintain strong NHS and hospital relationships
  • Create and execute account and territory plans
  • Track territory performance, forecasting, and reporting using CRM tools
  • Identify Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and maintain productive professional relationships
  • Collaborate with marketing, education, and clinical teams to identify business opportunities
  • Support training and coaching of colleagues as required
  • Act ethically, professionally, and as a role model within the sales team
Person Specification
  • Proven experience in medical device or clinical sales
    , ideally in neurovascular intervention, interventional neurology, or minimally invasive therapies
  • Strong commercial acumen with analytical and organisational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously while contributing as a team player
  • Commitment to professional development and personal growth
  • Ethical, trustworthy, and resilient under pressure
