The CompanyUK-based healthcare organisation specialising in pharmaceuticals, OTC, vitamins and nutraceutical products, with expanding operations across international markets.
Main DutiesLead commercial growth across Latin America, managing distributors, key accounts and healthcare partnerships within regulated pharmaceutical markets.
The Role- Develop and implement LATAM sales strategy
- Manage distributor networks and key accounts
- Drive product launches and market expansion
- Build relationships with pharmacy chains and healthcare professionals
- Oversee forecasting, pricing and regional performance
- Ensure compliance with local pharmaceutical regulations
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Report to senior leadership
- Travel 30–50%
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, OTC or nutraceutical sales
- International sales or export management experience in LATAM
- Knowledge of regional regulatory requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese (essential)
- Degree in Business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy or related field
