Full Time, Permanent - Hours:
35 hours per week - Location:
The Woolwich Centre, Woolwich
- Undertake functional assessments / interventions, minor / major adaptations and moving & handling assessments.
- Carry out community visits within the borough.
- Apply relevant legislation when working with vulnerable adults in health / social care settings.
- Demonstrate a passion for research and development.
- Diploma or degree in Occupational Therapy and registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Full Enhanced DBS required.
- Employment subject to references, including most recent employer.

The post holder must hold a diploma or degree in Occupational Therapy and be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
A full Enhanced DBS is required.
