Occupational Therapist Wanted – Relocation Opportunity | Ballarat, Australia

Frontier Consulting is partnering with leading allied health clinics in Ballarat, Victoria to recruit experienced Occupational Therapists
. This opportunity is ideal for UK, Irish, or internationally trained OTs seeking career growth, relocation support, and the chance to work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team across NDIS and My Aged Care services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments of physical, cognitive, and emotional needs
  • Develop and implement evidence‑based, client‑focused treatment plans
  • Provide direct therapy for motor skills, cognition, and daily living activities
  • Recommend assistive technology and home modifications
  • Monitor progress and adjust interventions as required
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members for holistic care
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure NDIS compliance
About You
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy (UK BSc/MSc OT or internationally recognised equivalent)
  • Current HCPC registration
  • Current or eligible AHPRA registration
  • Experience in allied health, NDIS, or aged care preferred
  • Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Knowledge of NDIS best practices highly desirable
