As a Care Assistant
, you’ll be providing essential care and support to older adults in their homes. Your tasks will be varied and may include:

• Personal Care: Helping with daily hygiene routines, dressing, and mobility
• Meal Support: Preparing meals and assisting with feeding
• Medication Assistance: Helping clients manage their medications
• Companionship: Providing conversation, company, and emotional support
• Pet Care: Assisting with feeding and walking pets
• Social Outings: Supporting clients to enjoy trips, appointments, and social activities

Whether you’re looking for a few extra hours each week or a full-time role, we offer a variety of working patterns to suit your commitments.

You don’t need formal qualifications or previous experience in care to join us – we provide all the training you’ll need. However, experience in a care setting, or a passion for supporting older people, would be beneficial. What’s most important is that you:

• Are compassionate and truly enjoy helping others
• Have a caring and respectful nature – you’ll be building meaningful relationships with your clients
• Are reliable
  can commit to regular hours andhave a good work ethic
• Can work every other weekend as part of the role
• Are comfortable working independently
  , but also know when to ask for support
• Live within a reasonable distance of our office in Pewsey, SN9

We cover a wide geographical area including Pewsey, Devizes, Marlborough, Andover, Amesbury, Tidworth, and surrounding villages. Access to a car is beneficial in order to access and care for clients in our area.
