RoleJob Title: Lead Clinician (OT / SaLT)
Location: Brick Lane School, London E2 6DY
Responsibilities: Manage the in-house Clinical Team at Brick Lane School, working with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and Regional Clinical Lead. Split the role between clinically leading the team and maintaining a therapy caseload. Deliver bespoke assessments and intervention plans for pupils with complex needs, including autism, neurodivergence, developmental trauma, and SEMH. Focus on EHCP needs via group and individual clinical approaches embedded in clinical practice.
Coordinate line management for onsite clinical team members and lead service development of the school-based clinical service in collaboration with the school SLT and Regional Clinical Lead. Maintain a person-centred, safeguarding-focused approach with pupils actively involved in decisions that affect them.

Salary: 50,000 – 60,000 dependent on experience
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday 8:30am–4:30pm
Contract: Permanent – 52 Weeks
- BSc or MSc in Speech & Language Therapy or Occupational Therapy with HCPC registration and RCSLT/B/log appropriate professional membership (e.g., BPS)
- Valid and up-to-date professional registration and membership
- Experience with in the specialist client group, including autistic individuals and/or those with complex needs
- Clear and concise report writing related to clinical and research activities
- Experience providing supervision and supporting a therapy team
- Ability to work independently and adapt in a growing clinical service
- Experience of multi-professional collaboration within the designated specialty (preferred)
