Pulse has recently partnered with a leading healthcare provider. We are currently looking for an experienced Hospice Physiotherapy Team Lead who can provide overall support for the clinical leadership for the service. This post is based in Central London, which is easily accessible via public transport.
About the roleAs a Hospice Physiotherapy Team Lead, you will be working in a clinical and service development capacity to ensure the service to patients is planned, delivered, and evaluated in line with evidence-based practice. Working closely with the multi-disciplinary team to help create and maintain a robust service whilst seamlessly incorporating other centre services.
Your main responsibilities as a Hospice Therapy Team Lead- Responsible for the management and daily running of our friendly Hospice Therapy Team.
- Co‑ordinate and manage the provision of therapy services across the inpatient Unit, day services unit and community.
- Work within the Hospice Therapy team to provide a high-quality physiotherapy/OT service to a complex patient caseload with specialist palliative care needs.
- Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) registration
- Evidence of staff and service management
- Experience of working across a variety of inpatient and rehab specialties e.g. oncology, respiratory
- Knowledgeable, dedicated and vastly experienced Permanent Team with longstanding professional relationships with multiple clients
