✨ About the Role

As a Team Leader, you will lead and inspire a team of Care Assistants to provide high-quality care and support to residents. You will take responsibility for shift coordination, ensure care plans are followed effectively, and provide hands-on support to maintain a safe, welcoming, and nurturing environment.

You will be instrumental in promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing for all residents.

💡 Key Responsibilities

* Lead, supervise, and support care staff on shift

* Coordinate and manage daily shift operations

* Ensure care plans are implemented and updated appropriately

* Administer medication in line with policies and procedures

* Maintain compliance with CQC standards and company policies

* Support residents’ physical, emotional, and social wellbeing

* Act as a positive role model, promoting best practice in care delivery

🌟 About You

* Previous experience in a Senior Care Assistant or Team Leader role within residential care

* NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards) desirable

* Confident in medication administration

* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

* Ability to remain calm under pressure and motivate a team

* Passionate about delivering person-centred care
