Overview
Deputy Registered Manager for a children's home in NW London. This is a full time role for a Deputy Registered Care Manager for a children's home in Northwest London.
Role DescriptionThis is a new therapeutic SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) provision in NW London.
Responsibilities- Work in collaboration with the clinical team to develop and implement therapeutic strategies.
- Provide leadership and support to the staff team.
- Ensure the highest standards of care and support for the children.
- Foster a safe, loving, and positive environment.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Experience of working in a similar role within SEMH provisions.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in healthcare or social services
- Be Passionate for making a difference in children s lives
- Committed to creating a therapeutic and supportive home environment
- Training and Social Services experience
