Location: Havering, Hornchurch, RM11 2JS

Salary: £32,000-£38,000 Depending on experience + performance bonus
Hours: Full Time, Permanent

As a Care Manager at Caremark Havering, you will play a critical role in leading and managing our care services. You will ensure the delivery of exceptional care to our customers, oversee the day-to-day operations, and drive the continued growth and development of our services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the delivery of care services, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance service quality and efficiency.
  • Manage and support a team of care professionals, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of staff.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, families, and external agencies.
  • Ensure effective financial management and budgeting of the care service.
  • Drive business growth and development within the local community.
Requirements:
  • A recognised management qualification in health and social care.
  • Proven experience as a Care Manager in a domiciliary care setting is desirable, though experienced Field Care Supervisors or Care Co-ordinators, looking to take the next step up to Care Manager would be considered.
  • Strong knowledge of the regulatory framework and standards in health and social care.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality care and improving service outcomes.
