A leading healthcare provider in Greater London is seeking a proactive Rota Co‑ordinator to manage resident doctor rotas in the Cancer Services division. This role requires excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. You will coordinate medical staffing schedules, ensure staffing levels are safely maintained, and act as the main contact for rota-related queries. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication and able to balance workload with staff wellbeing.
Flexible working across various Trust sites may be required.
