Clinic Manager

Lead and oversee daily operations of the wellness and radiotherapy clinics, ensuring service excellence and compliance with MOH regulations and internal SOPs.

Manage financial operations including billing, collections, budgeting, cost control, and revenue cycle management.

Drive quality improvement initiatives, monitor KPIs, and oversee staff performance and manpower planning.

Ensure proper maintenance of medical equipment and effective procurement and inventory management of clinical supplies.

Enhance patient experience through feedback management, service recovery, accurate documentation, and compliant EMR charge management.

Degree with at least 5 years of healthcare operations experience, including supervisory responsibilities.

Good understanding of MOH regulations and healthcare billing processes.

Strong leadership skills with ability to manage operations and drive service excellence
