Flawless Feet Podiatry & Laser Clinic – London

Salary:
Hybrid pay model – competitive base salary + performance-based earnings

OTE: £38,000 – £85,000+ per year

Full-time, Permanent (4 - 5 days)

We are looking for an experienced, confident podiatrist to join our established and fast-growing private practice in London.

This role is ideal for someone who is strong across core podiatry, confident working independently, and excited by advanced treatments, autonomy, and career progression within a forward-thinking clinic.

You’ll be joining a multi-site clinic with a reputation for clinical excellence, premium patient experience, and world-class technology.

Deliver high-quality podiatry care across a broad scope of practice. Manage patients independently with a patient-first, outcomes-driven approach.

Confident use of local anaesthetics, POMs, and routine podiatric procedures.

Deliver or contribute to advanced treatments including:

• Swift Microwave Therapy
• Shockwave Therapy
• Faulkner’s Needling
• Laser treatments
• Injection therapy

Maintain accurate, timely clinical notes using Cliniko.

Work collaboratively with clinicians and reception to ensure smooth patient journeys.

Contribute positively to clinic growth, reputation, and patient satisfaction.

Experience in private practice or an equivalent clinical setting.

Confident across core podiatry with minimal supervision required.

Strong clinical judgement and time management.

Professional, reliable, and patient-focused.

Comfortable with digital systems and clinical software.

• Experience in MSK, surgery, injections, or advanced modalities.
• Interest in growing referral networks.
• Desire to contribute to clinic development and leadership.
