£21.55 - £23.78 per hour

4x 12‑hour night shifts per week (48‑hour contract) and 4x 12‑hour day shifts per week (48‑hour contract)

• Take responsibility for the well‑being of residents, ensuring their physical, emotional and social needs are met
• Coach and guide the team, providing formal and informal teaching programmes for colleagues and other care professionals
• Carry out assessments and develop, implement and evaluate individualized care plans for each resident
• Monitor work areas and practices to ensure safety and compliance with relevant standards, policies and legislation

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin, responsible for managing the unit alongside clinical duties, overseeing care, administering and ordering medication, reviewing care plans, and providing clinical guidance to the team
• Previous experience ensuring policies and standards are maintained to a high clinical standard
• Confidence in offering clinical guidance for care teams, crucial in supporting CQC tasks
• Trusted team member who builds connections with residents and families, providing kindness and support
• Effective communication and reporting skills for handover of clinical issues to team members and health care professionals
• For night shift work, required enhanced skills for patient safety, strong critical thinking, confidence, self‑reliance, and the ability to manage staff and remain calm in emergencies
