A leading biopharmaceutical company seeks a key leader for its Biotherapeutics and Genetic Medicine team. The ideal candidate will have a Ph.D. in life sciences and extensive experience in pharma/biotech, particularly with Chinese CROs. Responsibilities include managing large molecule collaborations and providing insights into the Chinese regulatory landscape. Fluency in English and Chinese is required. This role is primarily based in Shanghai, China, with expected domestic and international travel of approximately 25%.
