We are looking for a skilled and professional Chair Massage Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality chair massages to clients in various settings, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.

• Must be qualified to BTEC / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent (International qualifications welcome)
• Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless experience at events and locations
• Provide high-quality chair massage services tailored to each client’s specific needs
• Able to work a minimum of 8 hours per week
• Be available to be flexible with hours across days, evenings and weekends
• Knowledge of Swedish & Deep Tissue techniques
• Create a welcoming environment for customers, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction
• Must be customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with customers, front desk team and management
• Understand and believe in the physical and lifestyle benefits of high-quality, good-value massage that fits in with our customers’ lives
• Conduct specific chair massage sessions based on customer’s individual needs
• Promote the health and wellness benefits to customers receiving massage therapy on a regular basis
• Create excellent experience for members/guests through friendly and helpful attitude
• Must be eligible to work in the UK
• Must be able to speak a standard of English that enables you to communicate professionally with our clients
