Modality Partnership Lewisham Division is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join the Pharmacy Team at Jenner Health Centre on a full-time basis. You will work with Clinical Pharmacists, GPs and prescribing teams to deliver safe, efficient, patient-centred prescribing services using digital tools.
You will help improve medicines optimisation, support patients’ health outcomes, and develop specialist knowledge within Primary Care, within a team that values CARE-like behaviours.
