Paediatric Speech & Language Therapist — Private Family Role, Fulham

We are seeking an experienced paediatric speech and language therapist to work with our lovely 4-year-old daughter at our family home in Fulham.

Our daughter has a tracheostomy and is PEG fed. She is a happy, sociable little girl, and we would love to find a therapist who can help her develop her communication — and, where appropriate, her feeding skills — working alongside her dedicated nurse, who is present at all times.

• Assessing and delivering regular one-to-one speech, language and communication therapy
• Supporting her communication development, including augmentative and alternative communication (AAC)
• Contributing to feeding and swallowing (dysphagia) goals in liaison with her medical team
• Setting goals, reviewing progress and sharing simple strategies with her family, nurse and tutor

• HCPC-registered speech and language therapist (RCSLT membership preferred)
• Experience with young children with complex medical needs — tracheostomy and dysphagia experience highly desirable
• Warm, playful and family-centred in your approach
• Enhanced DBS, excellent references and the right to work in the UK

Sessions at our home in Fulham; frequency and schedule to be agreed. Starting September 2026.
