Meallmore seeks an experienced Deputy Manager for Crimond House Care Home in Crimond, Aberdeenshire. You will work with the Home Manager to lead and develop the team, ensuring personalised, compassionate care and regulatory compliance.
You will drive quality improvement, oversee governance, and support workforce development, building strong relations with residents, families and external partners. NMC registration is desirable but not essential; SVQ Level 4 with relevant experience is considered.
