Home Care Assistants needed in Chingford. £13.85-£14/hr, flexible hours, full training, paid travel and mileage. Drivers & non-drivers welcome.

Pay: £13.85 - £14.00 per hour
Hours: Full-time and part-time hours available - Between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. (mornings, evenings and weekends)
Weekends: Every other weekend required for continuity of care

Your role as a Care Assistant:
You'll support older adults who wish to remain independent at home, offering practical support and warm companionship in a safe, reassuring and positive environment.
Your day-to-day may include:

  • Providing personal care with dignity and warmth
  • Offering companionship and emotional support
  • Helping with meal preparation and light household tasks
  • Accompanying clients to appointments, shops or social activities
  • Creating a safe, reassuring and positive home environment

Your visits will never be rushed. You'll have the time to deliver care properly and build genuine, meaningful connections.
