Location: Greater London
Active Care Group seeks a Clinical Team Leader - RMN at Holybourne Hospital in London. The role provides clinical leadership to the nursing team and ensures delivery of high-quality, person-centred care for adults with complex mental health needs.
You will supervise staff, act as lead nurse from assessment through discharge, and maintain communications with patients, families and carers. The post requires NMC pin and UK work eligibility, with a 37.63 hour rota across days, nights and weekends.
