Salary: Up to £55,000 FTE, dependent on experience
Hours:
37.5 hours per week, with flexible working across five days (Monday to Friday)
Contract:
Permanent, with 52-week, summer contract and part-time options available. The summer contract offers five weeks off during the summer break plus 22 days annual leave.

About the role
Youll work mainly in school settings, with some clinic-based and remote opportunities where appropriate. As an Occupational Therapist, youll help unlock children and young peoples potential by assessing EHCP-related needs, delivering specialist interventions and supporting therapy goals to become part of everyday life.
In this role, youll:
Assess children and young peoples developmental and learning needs, including those linked to Education, Health and Care Plans.
Develop, deliver and review individualised occupational therapy intervention plans.
Work with parents, carers, teaching teams and multi-disciplinary colleagues to embed therapy goals into daily life.
Equip key adults with practical strategies, evaluate impact, maintain accurate documentation and contribute to multi-disciplinary meetings.
Its a varied role where youll balance assessment, intervention, consultation and collaboration, while making a visible difference to children, families and school teams every day.
What youll need
HCPC and RCOT registration
Undergraduate or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
Paediatric occupational therapy experience, ideally in school-based or specialist settings
It would be great if you also bring
Experience completing assessments for Education, Health and Care Plans
Experience supporting children and young people with SEMH, complex or developmental needs
Specialist CPD, trauma-informed practice or other relevant training
