South West London and St George's Mental Health NHS Trust is recruiting Health Care Assistants for Rose Ward, Lotus Ward and Maple Ward on multiple sites in London. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centred care in inpatient mental health wards.
You will support patients with daily living activities, promote independence, and help maintain dignity, wellbeing and safety while observing changes in health and reporting to the team.
