We are looking for exceptional, highly skilled and reliable freelance practitioners to join the Lisa Franklin team.

This is an opportunity for experienced professionals who genuinely care about their clients, take pride in their craft and value the flexibility and variety of working across luxury clinic and hospitality environments in London.

You will represent the Lisa Franklin brand, delivering an exceptional standard of treatment and client care while working with a diverse and discerning clientele.

We are looking for practitioners who are exceptional at what they do — and equally exceptional in how they care for people.

As a freelance practitioner, you will deliver facial, advanced skin and/or massage treatments according to your specialist skills, qualifications and experience.

You may work across different Lisa Franklin locations depending on your availability and the needs of the business.

The role offers flexibility while maintaining the exacting standards associated with the Lisa Franklin brand.

You will be trusted to work confidently and independently, managing the client journey from consultation through to treatment, recommendation and aftercare, while ensuring every client feels genuinely understood and looked after.

• Deliver exceptional facial, skin and/or massage treatments with care, precision and attention to detail.
• Follow Lisa Franklin treatment protocols and maintain consistently high standards across every location.
• Conduct thorough consultations and tailor treatments to each client’s individual needs and goals.
• Provide considered, professional skincare, treatment and aftercare advice.
• Build genuine, long-term relationships with clients.
• Maintain accurate treatment records and client notes.
• Recommend appropriate products, treatments and complementary services where they offer genuine benefit to the client.
• Maintain impeccable hygiene, presentation and treatment-room standards.
• Work professionally and collaboratively with the wider Lisa Franklin team and our location partners.
• Represent the Lisa Franklin brand with warmth, confidence, professionalism and integrity.
