St Christopher’s is recruiting Trainee Practitioners to support children and young people aged 12–17 in London’s residential homes. You will help them develop life skills, build trust, and create a safe, supportive environment while undergoing full training.
No prior care experience is required; a four-week paid induction and ongoing development through St Christopher’s Academy are provided, with opportunities for progression and a strong support network.
