An exciting opportunity has arisen within our specialist CAMHS services to join CAMHS Single Point of Access (SPA) as aBand 5 CAMHS SPA Co‑ordinator. This role is a 12 months fixed contract for maternity cover. This is a varied role within a busy multi‑disciplinary team providing centralised access, triage and information for children, young people, families and referrers across five commissioned London boroughs.

You will play a key role in ensuring that young people and families receive timely, compassionate and effective access to CAMHS and other services. The postholder will provide support to admin staff, identify needs and risks, respond to enquiries and ensure referrals are processed efficiently. You will also lead on administrative coordination, rostering, data quality, office management and supervision of administrative staff.

This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, excellent communication and experience working in administrative or CAMHS‑related settings. You will join a passionate team committed to service improvement, patient experience and high‑quality access pathways.
