Location: Greater London
Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a Band 4 Quality Support Officer to join the Family Nurse Partnership Team in Wandsworth for 18.75 hours per week on a fixed-term contract of 6 months, with the possibility of extension. Salary is £34,186 - £37,389 per annum, inclusive of HCAS (pro rata).
